JWCAD、AutoCADを駆使して現場監督、設計士と打ち合わせを行い、

鉄筋構造図面、施工図を基に頭の中で組み立てを想像して加工帳を作成します。


Using JWCAD and AutoCAD, we hold meetings with site supervisors and architects to create processing schedules by imagining the assembly based on rebar structural drawings and construction plans.

加工帳を基に工場で鉄筋の生材を切ったり曲げたりして加工を作業します。

現場によりますが何百種類の加工を行います。


Based on the processing schedules, we cut and bend raw rebar materials in the factory.

Depending on the site, we process hundreds of different types of rebar.

加工したものを現場に運び、現場で配筋図を基に組み立てていきます。

The processed rebar is transported to the site, where it is assembled according to the reinforcement plans.

設計士の検査を受け、仕事が完了します。

大型物件になると、年単位での仕事となります。

さまざまな苦労を重ねて作り上げた建物が完成すると、「感動」という言葉でしか表せません。

また、弊社で扱っている物件は、中型商業施設から個人邸まで規模は様々ですが、

どんな建物も地図に残るような仕事になり、建物の前を通るたびにも、自分がつくったという誇らしい気持ちになれます。


The work is completed after an inspection by the architect.

For large-scale projects, the work can take years to complete.

When a building that we have created through many challenges is finally completed, it can only be described as "emotional."

The projects we handle range in size from medium-sized commercial facilities to private residences, but no matter the size of the building, the work leaves a lasting mark, often appearing on maps. Every time I pass by one of these buildings, I feel a sense of pride knowing that I helped create it.
